Everyone wants fair and clearly stated prices for goods and services. But in the field of wildlife removal, every job is different: the type of animal, the damage they have done, the type of building they are in, and so on, all factor into the price. All you need to do is call us at 317-514-0898 and we will resolve the issue with the best solution possible.

  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Professionally trained staff
  • Licensing, Insurance and Certifications required by the state to perform pest control work.
  • The hazardous health conditions our staff are exposed to
  • The dangerous heights and confined spaces our staff are exposed to
  • Costs of Equipment and Service Trucks

All animal problems are different and require different steps for resolving them. Inspection fees may apply but are rolled into treatment cost if you decide we are the best option.

We offer senior and military discounts of 10%.

When you come to us with your wildlife problem we spend time on the phone or in text form to get all the information we can to make an educated guess about what needs done.

Next, we visit the home and take measurements, photos, and notes as to what the necessary steps would be. After discussing and explaining the findings with you we can typically begin work the next day.

We are permitted by the state department DNR to operate under the “Nuisance Wild Animal Control Permit”.

Our staff are mentally and physically ready for animal encounters and resolution per their training and long hours of hands-on experience.

We started out of chance, and also from an appreciation for wildlife! A neighbor’s chickens were being eaten by raccoons and we helped her resolve the issue.

We understand the stress and health effects animals can have on you and that’s why we are good at what we do. Everybody needs a good night’s sleep and that’s hard to get when you are hearing scratching in your walls.

We try to resolve animal issues without causing harm to the problematic animal itself whenever possible.

We have served every kind of customer, from one-story homes to the 100+ year-old Diamond Chain Company in downtown Indianapolis.

We recommend looking at the reviews firstly. Then see how the business is set up structurally for example employees or contractors and decide which you prefer. Being insured and licensed is also important. Last but not least make sure they have experience with the task your specific job requires.

  • Should I be concerned for health/safety reasons?
  • Have you dealt with this before?
  • Is there anything I could do to avoid this in the future?

Before setting any traps, our trained specialists conduct a detailed inspection to identify entry points, nesting areas, and the specific wildlife species involved. Understanding the animal’s behavior helps us determine the most effective trapping strategy.

We accept checks, as well as credit and debit cards for payment.

Yes! We offer financing options through Hearth

Payment is due upon completion of the project. Balances 30 days older or more will accumulate interest charges at 2% per month from the date the invoice is sent out. If you have not paid in full by the end of the 30 days, the interest will begin to accrue. You would be responsible for all court costs, collection expenses, and attorney fees relating to seeking out payment.

We apply a 90-day warranty to the end of every treatment we perform. After treatment is completed, the warranty starts. If the animal issue occurs to the same structure we treated within the time frame of the warranty purchased, we will be back to start the treatment process again until the issue is resolved.

We do not make any patches look like they did before there was an animal issue. We are an animal preventative service; we make sure they cannot get back into your home. If you would like a more permanent patch to look like it did before, you will have to contact a contractor for this work.

It is very common that animals come back to the same home or structure due to the odor left by the previous animals that had lived and or tried to get into the home or structure. It is essential to actively try to prevent them from re-entering or removing them if they find a way back in for at least a year. We will be there to help every step of the way!

After treatment is completed for your current animal issue, any animal issue that occurs after the previous work is completed will be serviced and resolved within the one-year contract at no extra cost. These animals include raccoons, opossums, gray squirrels, pine squirrels, fox squirrels, flying squirrels, chipmunks, groundhogs, moles, birds, bats, muskrats, mice, red fox, gray fox, goose, shrews, skunks, pigeons, woodpeckers, or sick/injured/dead animal removal. The one-year contract starts the first day we begin animal treatment.

The services included in the one-year contract are exclusions, deck/shed/porch and bay window barriers, trapping, patching, deterrents, post-inspections, answers to any animal-related questions, and professional recommendations. These items will only be installed if needed to keep animals out of your home (inside attic, walls, living area, chimney, vents, crawlspace) and if you are still under contract.

After an estimate is signed and confirmed, the payment is taken within the first week of when the treatment has begun. Balances not paid and older than seven days will accumulate interest charges at 10% per week. If we have determined the customer has not paid in full by the end of the seven days, the interest will begin to accrue. If nonpayment occurs and the full amount is not paid within seven days of the invoice being sent out, the signing customer will be responsible for all court costs, collection expenses, and attorney fees relating to seeking out payment.

If you are in need of an attic restoration, crawlspace restoration, Ridge Guard install or any job that would be out of our normal scope of animal removal, this service will not be included in the package that is offered here. If needed, we will happily inspect and create a separate estimate for this.

We are not responsible for damages that any animals may cause before, during, or after our treatment process.

If you would like to extend your contract another year or more, we can add this at a 25% cost reduction from the first year. Each year added will be a 25% cost reduction from the first year’s cost.

The line item is needed to make sure that once the animal is successfully kicked out (or kept out) we keep an eye on the treatment, making sure it does not find a new way in and if it does we would treat that area and that monitoring cost would cover this. Also, unfortunately, due to company policy, we cannot just patch the hole, knowing the slightest chance that there could still be an animal inside. We would not want to trap the animal inside, holding us responsible for any damages it may cause trying to get back out. We definitely recommend you try to find less expensive alternatives to your animal issue by just patching that hole, feeling confident enough that nothing will be trapped inside.
