Warranty Details

90-Day Warranty on Wildlife Exclusion Services

• If the same wildlife issue reoccurs in the treated area within 90 days of service completion, we will return to resolve it at no extra charge.
• Covers re-entry through previously treated areas.
• Does not cover new entry points or damage caused by different animals.

Bat Exclusion and Remediation Warranty

• Includes a 90-day warranty following the completion of exclusion work.
• If bats return to treated areas within this timeframe, we will reassess and take necessary measures at no extra cost.
• Remediation services include safe removal of contaminated materials and sanitation, ensuring a healthier living environment.

Rodent Control and Exclusion Warranty

• A 90-day warranty applies to exclusion services addressing mice and rat infestations.
• Includes sealing of primary entry points and treatment strategies to prevent reinfestation.
• Quarterly maintenance plans available for long-term rodent prevention.

Mole Treatment Warranty

• Includes a 90-day warranty ensuring effective removal.
• If mole activity resumes in the treated area, additional treatments will be provided at no extra charge within the warranty period.

Trapping Services

• Trapping services include a satisfaction guarantee ensuring humane and effective removal.
• Traps are checked regularly to ensure compliance with ethical wildlife handling practices.
• If the same issue persists within 90 days of service, we will reassess and adjust our approach as needed.

Ridge Guard Warranty

• With Purchase of Ridge Guard: Includes a one-year warranty against re-entry.
• Without Purchase: A one-month warranty applies.

Limitations and Exclusions

• The warranty applies only to the specific areas treated during service.
• Damage caused by new wildlife infestations or structural changes to the property is not covered.
• Warranty does not cover areas left untreated at the request of the homeowner.
